How to get your audio guide
Step 1: Free WiFi
Search for free WiFi to download the audio guide
We offer free WiFi at the entrance to the Historic Art Bunker, Obere Schmiedgasse 52, near the ticket machine. Select "Unterwelten„.
Free WiFi is available across Nuremberg: #nue-freewifiAccess is available on the main market square, at the tourist information office, as well as at the meeting point for the Medieval Dungeon Tour.
Step 2: Download the audioguide app
Download the audio guide app to your mobile phone (about 60 MB).
In the play store, select "Nürnberger Unterwelten – soundgarden experience".
You can download the app whenever you want – at home before your visit, in your hotel, or at the meeting point on joining the tour.
Step 3: Go to the meeting point
Make sure you are at the right meeting point. When the guide arrives, launch the app and select the tour you want.
Please be aware the app supports only the tours shown at the picture (for the tour „WWII Art Bunker“ you’ll get audioguide devices).
The app works like a phone call. We recommend using earphones for convenience.
Step 4: Enjoy your guided tour
Type in the numbers at the different stages on the tour to listen to the audio texts.
When the guide welcomes the group, select "1" and press the arrow icon.

Step 5: Delete the app
Delete the app after the tour so as not to waste free space on your mobile phone.
